Solhem is a large house that can accommodate 200 people and around 30 people in the serving room. Övermalax youth association or Övermalax UF owns the building and organizes events all year round. It is everything from lectures, flea markets and reko to charity porridge and May Day party.

If you want to rent the house you can contact the chairman of the association Övermalax UF. You can also rent various accessories such as crockery, tables or chairs.
